Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our product on our Joopic Store. Below here is the return and refund policy for our Joopic Store.

For purchasing on other e-commerce channels (Aliexpress & Amazon), please refer to its return and refund policy states in their website.

Warranty

This warranty policy is adapted to CamBuddy Pro and its original accessories (such as cables, laser generator and handheld radio transmitter)

Warranty Period

One-year warranty is available from the date you received the item(s).

Maintenance

Repair or replace the product according to specific failure conditions. In case of replacement, all replacement hosts, components, or accessories are all brand new.

For replacement of host, parts or accessories, you can enjoy a 90 days warranty from the date of the replacement.

Maintenance Fee

If the cause of the failure is due to misuse, collision, fall, negligence, accident and alteration, maintenance fees will be needed.

If the failure caused by the product quality problems, the user may return the product back to us for testing after contacting our customer support. After we have confirmed the status of the product, we will provide a free repair or replacement services.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original credit card used in purchased (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund. Please kindly contact us at support@joobot.com for shipping address information.
